International Shipping is not available at this time.
Packages may take 5-10 business days to fulfill.
Products are made/packed, especially for you, and as soon as you place an order, it may take us a bit longer to deliver them. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions.
Cancellations / Wrong Address:
The customer is held responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. However, after 24 hours, your order may have already been processed, and cancellation may not be possible. Please get in touch with us immediately.
Returns
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns at this time.

Damaged or Lost:
If a package is lost or stolen, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.
We take great care in packaging and shipping our prints. However, in the rare event that your items arrive damaged, we offer two options for resolution:
Replacement: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photo evidence of the damage. Once the damage is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost. The replacement item may take extra time to produce and ship.
Refund: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photo evidence of the damage for verification purposes. Once the damage is confirmed, we will initiate a refund using your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider.
Exclusion:
Please note that damage after delivery, such as mishandling or accidents, is not covered under our refund or replacement policy. We recommend handling your prints carefully to prevent any accidental damage. Please be careful when unpacking your order. We are not responsible for damage occurring during the unpacking of the package.

Sagrario Arte Studio grants a non-exclusive license to use the artwork for personal purposes. Still, it may not reproduce or sell the artwork without the Artist's prior written consent.
